Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picking and Packing Specialist to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in accurately selecting and packaging orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely shipments. The Picking and Packing Specialist will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
Utilize picking lists or digital picking systems to accurately locate and pick products from designated warehouse areas.
Conduct thorough quality checks on items before packing to ensure they meet the company’s standards.
Pack and label orders according to specific guidelines, ensuring products are secure and undamaged during transit.
Maintain a well-organized and clean work area to promote efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment targets.
Communicate any inventory discrepancies or damaged products to the supervisor immediately.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
Assist in other warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and restocking shelves.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Familiarity with picking and packing procedures and inventory management systems.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
