Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Picking and Packing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring that products are carefully handled and prepared for shipment. As a crucial member of our warehouse team, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and meeting our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on provided specifications.
Ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipping.
Conduct quality checks on products to guarantee they meet our company’s standards.
Organize and maintain inventory levels to facilitate efficient picking and packing processes.
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily and weekly targets.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role or warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
