Packaging Helper

Description

A well-established manufacturing company in the UAE is looking for hardworking, dedicated, and responsible candidates to join its team as Packaging Helpers. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, committed to their work, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will be responsible for assisting with product packaging, sorting, labeling, handling, and other related production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily packaging, packing, labeling, sorting, and handling of products while maintaining company quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Pack, wrap, seal, and label products properly.
Arrange and handle packaging materials such as cartons, boxes, plastic, tape, and labels.
Count, sort, and inspect products before packing.
Safely move and place packed products in designated areas.
Assist with loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
Assist production staff with packaging and related activities.
Report damaged, defective, or incorrectly packed products to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Follow instructions given by the supervisor and complete assigned tasks on time.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production and packaging targets.
Perform other general helper duties as required by the company.
Requirements
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Basic English/Hindi/Urdu communication is an advantage.
Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, factory, or production is preferred but not mandatory.
UAE work experience will be an advantage.
