Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Packaging Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products. Responsibilities:
Operate packaging machinery, including filling, sealing, labeling, and weighing equipment.
Set up and adjust packaging machines for different products and package sizes.
Monitor equipment for proper operation and perform routine maintenance.
Load packaging materials, such as containers, labels, and cartons, into machines.
Ensure that packaging meets quality and safety standards.
Perform quality checks on packaged products to identify defects or irregularities.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Packaging Equipment Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
