Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and efficient Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing orders for shipment. If you have experience in order picking, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
Receive and review customer orders and pick lists.
Operate order picking equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pick carts.
Locate and retrieve products from designated storage areas.
Ensure accurate item selection and quantity verification.
Pack and prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient order picking.
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.
Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to meet order fulfillment goals.
Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Order Picker in a warehouse or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with order picking equipment and warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet order deadlines.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
