Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our textile company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring that quality standards are met. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the textile manufacturing facility.
Monitor and ensure that production targets and quality standards are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving production processes and reducing costs.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations in all operational processes.
Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the production process.
Oversee inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of materials for production.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the textile manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of textile production processes, machinery, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Sound understanding of safety and quality standards in textile manufacturing.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for production planning and monitoring.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
