Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities and assigned teams.

Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and work progress.
Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with management.
Prepare routine operational updates, reports, and records.
Ensure company procedures, workplace standards, and safety guidelines are followed.
Assist with planning manpower, materials, equipment, and other operational requirements.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate instructions clearly to staff and provide day-to-day guidance.
Handle routine operational concerns and escalate important matters to management.
Support improvements in workflow, service quality, and overall operational efficiency.
Perform additional duties assigned by management according to business requirements.
