Operations Supervisor

Description

A well-established manufacturing company in the UAE is looking for an experienced, organized, and responsible Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely workflow across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
Monitor daily workflow and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality Control, and other departments.
Ensure daily operational targets and schedules are achieved on time.
Monitor productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
Identify operational issues, delays, or process problems and take corrective action.
Ensure company procedures, policies, and operational standards are followed.
Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, equipment, and resources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
Maintain accurate records related to operations, productivity, attendance, and workflow.
Support management in improving operational processes and reducing unnecessary costs.
Ensure proper workplace safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
Train, guide, and motivate employees to improve productivity and performance.
Handle day-to-day operational concerns and escalate major issues to management.
Ensure effective communication between management and operational staff.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff allocation.
Assist management with planning, implementing, and improving operational procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Team Leader, or similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of daily operations and workflow management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
UAE experience is an advantage.
