Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operation Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure productivity, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Oversee staff performance, provide guidance, and address any challenges.
Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain records, generate reports, and present updates to management.
Train and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in operations or supervisory roles.
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and processes is a plus.
