Operations Officer

Description

A well-established company is hiring an organized and responsible Operations Officer to coordinate daily business activities, support operational teams, monitor workflows, and ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
Ensure tasks and processes are completed according to company procedures.
Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, clients, and service providers.
Monitor workflow, schedules, and operational requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Track supplies, equipment, and resource requirements.
Identify operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
Assist supervisors and managers with day-to-day operations.
Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments when required.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support implementation of company policies and procedures.
Assist with improving operational efficiency and reducing delays.
Handle customer or client operational inquiries when required.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a related field.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
