Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.

Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.

Monitor operational costs, budgets, and financial performance.

Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Support department heads in achieving operational and business targets.

Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and public areas.

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff in collaboration with HR.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, Fire Safety, First Aid).

Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.
