Description

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Lady to support daily office and basic administrative activities in our retail company. The ideal candidate will help maintain office cleanliness, organization, and provide general support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.

Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.

Assist with basic office support tasks and errands.

Organize office supplies and report shortages.

Support staff with photocopying, filing, and simple clerical duties.

Ensure pantry and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

Follow company rules, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Neat, polite, and responsible attitude.

Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.

Physically fit and willing to perform daily office tasks.

Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
