Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Office Girl
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking for proactive and reliable Office Boys / Office Girls to join our team in Dubai. The Office Boy / Office Girl will assist with various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office, including common areas and meeting rooms.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Set up conference rooms for meetings and events.
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Run errands as needed, such as bank deposits or purchasing supplies.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Office Boy, Office Girl, or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
