Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Manage filing systems and keep records up-to-date.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Provide administrative support to the export team.
Assist with the preparation of shipping documents and coordination with logistics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with export documentation and procedures is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
