Office Assistant

Description

We are looking for a skilled, organized, and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, document handling, filing, office organization, and general support activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative and office support activities.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document distribution.
Deliver and collect documents within the office or to assigned locations when required.
Assist with data entry and basic computer-related tasks.
Maintain office supplies and inform the supervisor when items need replenishment.
Keep office areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Receive and distribute incoming documents and correspondence.
Assist staff with general office requirements.
Coordinate with different departments for routine administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Previous experience in an office support role is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Well-organized and able to manage routine tasks efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
