Description

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist late-night arriving guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and the property.
Perform night audit tasks, including billing and report preparation.
Maintain clear communication with other hotel departments.
Respond to emergency situations following established protocols.
Handle administrative duties and ensure a smooth transition for the morning shift.
Requirements:

Prior hotel receptionist experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and stay alert during night hours.
Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous.
Multilingual skills can be beneficial.
