Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Night Audit: Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Security: Monitor hotel premises, respond to security issues, and assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Complete night shift administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and preparing reports.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies, follow established procedures, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially during nighttime interactions.
Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure during night shifts.
Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
