MEP Supervisor

Description

A well-established organization is looking for an experienced and responsible MEP Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site teams, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily MEP installation, maintenance, and site activities.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works according to project requirements.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.
Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions as required.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with approved standards.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Report project progress, material requirements, and technical issues to management.
Perform other duties related to MEP operations as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or MEP Engineering.
Previous experience in MEP supervision or building services is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP installation and maintenance activities.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical documents.
Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple site activities efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Candidates with relevant UAE/GCC experience will have an advantage.
