Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Manage patient appointments, bookings, confirmations, and scheduling changes.
Answer incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries.
Register patients and maintain accurate personal and appointment information.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding appointments and patient flow.
Assist patients with basic information about available services and appointment procedures.
Maintain organized reception, patient, and administrative records.
Handle basic documentation, filing, scanning, and data-entry tasks.
Assist with billing or payment-related administrative procedures when required.
Follow up on appointment confirmations and cancellations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information responsibly.
Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional.
Report complex patient concerns or service issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Support other administrative activities assigned by management.
