Description

We are looking for an Medical Receptionist, who will the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring efficient administrative support to medical staff while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment bookings.

Register new patients and update existing records in the clinic’s system.

Verify insurance details and assist with billing or payment processing.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth operations.

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Handle medical reports, prescriptions, and test result requests.
