Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Promotions Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies to enhance the visibility and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and target audience
Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels
Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, and online advertising
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
Coordinate promotional events and activations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing and Promotions Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising
Excellent creativity and strategic thinking
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
