Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance and Technician to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment, machinery, and facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of construction equipment and machinery to ensure their optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in all maintenance activities.
Assist in the installation and assembly of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks for company facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any urgent issues that may arise on construction sites.
Train and guide junior maintenance staff in performing maintenance tasks effectively and safely.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Maintenance and Technician, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction equipment, machinery, and tools.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical specifications.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to construction and equipment maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
