Maintenance Supervisor

Description

We are hiring Maintenance Supervisor, who is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the school premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors in compliance with school safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance operations of school buildings and facilities

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works

Manage technicians (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)

Ensure classrooms, playgrounds, washrooms, and common areas are safe and functional

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers

Conduct regular inspections to identify repair and safety issues

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and school regulations

Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of tools/spares

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues
