Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Machine Operators in our textile factory. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining textile machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality textiles. The Machine Operators will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor textile machinery to produce quality products
Set up machines according to production specifications
Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
Assist in training new machine operators

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a textile or manufacturing setting
Ability to operate and maintain textile machinery effectively
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills for machine control and data entry
High school diploma or equivalent
