I’m Applying for The Position of Accountant / Office Manager / Administration Specialist with master of commerce over 5 years working experience in accounts and office operations (Immediately Available).
Core area of expertise:
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations, managing petty cash
• Preparing employees salary, process by WPS and end of service benefits.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors/ tax consultants for the preparation and filing of corporate tax. Preparing vat and submit.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices for clients and suppliers, ensuring all invoices are recorded and sent out promptly. Coordinate with customer to collect the outstanding payment.
• Dewa and Etisalat/Dewa bills payment monthly on time. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
• Assure all business and trade licenses are updated, follow-up on official approvals and renew the trade license.
• Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
