Description

An excellent opportunity is available for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods, deliveries, and shipments. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily deliveries, shipments, and transportation activities.
Prepare and maintain logistics documents, delivery notes, and shipment records.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers.
Track shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Assist with inventory and stock movement records.
Resolve delivery delays and coordinate solutions when required.
Maintain accurate logistics and transportation records.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in logistics or coordination is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and shipment procedures.
Ability to use MS Office and maintain accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
