Logistics Co-ordinator

Description

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our supply chain and delivery operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and ensure smooth communication between vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
Manage delivery schedules and logistics documentation (invoices, B/L, customs paperwork).
Track and report shipment status to internal departments and clients.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs and import/export regulations.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and warehouses.
Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
Handle delivery-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Use ERP/logistics software to manage operations efficiently.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP, SAP).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication in English; other languages are a plus.
