This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout our supply chain.

Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Track shipments, update order statuses, and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all logistics-related activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company operations.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies regarding shipping and transportation.
Conduct regular analysis of logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate the maintenance and repair of transportation vehicles and equipment.
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demands.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and transportation.
Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts if necessary.
Understanding of safety and compliance standards.
