A reputable school is looking for learning support assistant to do the following responsibilities
Support students with diverse learning needs in the classroom under the guidance of the teacher.
Assist in implementing individualized learning plans and educational activities.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to enhance students’ academic and social development.
Help prepare teaching materials and maintain an organized learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Encourage positive behavior and promote student independence.
Assist with classroom management and supervise students during school activities.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
