Job Description:

Join our culinary team as a Kitchen Helper and contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen. As a Kitchen Helper, you will provide crucial support to our chefs and kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety.
Wash and properly store dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils to ensure their availability for cooking and serving.
Organize and stock kitchen inventory, including ingredients, spices, and other food supplies, to support efficient kitchen operations.
Dispose of waste and trash in designated areas, following proper disposal guidelines and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the timely and efficient preparation of dishes and the smooth execution of meal services.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with food handling regulations.
Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a kitchen environment or a culinary setting is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the restaurant/catering company.
