Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. The IT Support Specialist should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Responsibilities:
Respond to IT support requests and provide timely resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and configure computer systems, software, and applications for new employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Provide technical support and guidance for various technology-related issues to employees.
Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
