Inventory Assistant Wanted

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to help manage our stock and ensure that our shelves are always well-stocked. Position: Inventory Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming stock.
Accurately record inventory levels and update the inventory management system.
Organize and store merchandise in the warehouse or stockroom.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Assist with restocking shelves and organizing product displays in the store.
Help with tracking and reporting inventory discrepancies or shortages.
Collaborate with the purchasing department to manage reorder levels.
Support the team in preparing for sales events, promotions, and stock clearance.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and work environment.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the store’s operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory management, retail, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic math skills and the ability to use inventory management software.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
