Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and innovative interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and design specifications.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality standards are maintained.
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company requirements.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Previous experience as an Interior Designer is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, color theory, and design principles.
Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is an advantage.
