Description

1. System Development & Implementation

§ Complete necessary development as per required business scope (Feature Requests and/or Ad-Hoc)

§ Assist in carrying out software development on Zoho Creator (Deluge) or other applications based on the requirements.

§ Assist in carrying out necessary procedure to release the developed functionality.

2. System Testing

§ Monitoring through analysis of the defects report. The frequency will be determined through scorecards.

§ Assist in writing test cases and/or scripts for unit and systems testing.

§ Assist in creating test data as per testing requirements.

§ Verify the deliverables against the agreed scope to make sure necessary quality is maintained.

3. System Maintenance & Support

§ Tickets to be closed as per SLA.

§ Analyze problems and issues related to the information systems, evaluate troubleshooting issues, and delegate and/or resolve them.

§ Act as a communication medium between Blue’s development team and Zoho Creators support team.

§ Conduct timely follow up and escalate the issue accordingly to obtain necessary response. Maintain a log of all the issues reported to the Zoho Creators support team.

4. System Analysis & Design

§ To be tracked through assessment of scorecards.

§ Oversee the relevant integrations with other systems (e.g., SAP) for the purpose of optimizing the data flow and decreasing redundancy of the data collection activities.

§ Conduct analysis of system processes to identify any impediments or defects and propose necessary enhancements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

5. User Training & Documentation

§ To be tracked through assessment of scorecards.

§ Organize and facilitate trainings, meetings, workshops, and other forms of stakeholder engagement tools to ensure stakeholder expectations are well managed.

§ Develop end-user materials (e.g., presentations, FAQs, user guides), training handouts, as well as technical documentation (e.g., code lists, field definitions, use cases, etc.) to provide instruction and reference.

§ Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or Information Technology
