Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and cheerful attitude.
Provide detailed information about our ice cream menu and flavor options.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Operate cash registers and process customer payments.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area and dining space.
Assist with restocking ice cream supplies and toppings.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications:
