HVAC Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a qualified HVAC Supervisor to oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) operations. The candidate will supervise a team of technicians, ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC operations and maintenance tasks

Assign and monitor tasks for HVAC technicians and field staff

Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems

Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment

Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory codes

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory

Report project progress, issues, and corrective actions to management

Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and safety procedures
