Coordinating with KHDA Media office for any Internal communications related to HR
Raising call ticket to Digital Dubai with regards to KHDA GRP system, Smart employee app, and business intelligence dashboard
Handling GRP system data entry & updating KHDA Active Directly system
Handling GRP Discoverer & business intelligence Reports
Entering Performance Rating in GRP system through digital Dubai
Organizing Human Resources Department projects
Organizing performance goal setting for all KHDA Sectors & following up
Handling internal transfer Operation, changing Job titles
Updating employees’ Job Description & Submitting KHDA Jobs through DGHR Job Evaluation Platform
Coordinating Job offers & drafting employment contract
