We are hiring an HR Officer who will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy
Coordinate training and development activities
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
