Job Description:

Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees to achieve branch goals.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments and senior management to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum years of experience in branch management, retail, banking, or a related industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
