Human Resources Assistant Required for School
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Human Resources Assistant to join our school’s HR team in Dubai. If you are passionate about supporting staff and managing HR operations in an educational setting, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with school policies
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new staff members
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and reports
Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department
Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain professional development records
Assist in organizing school events and staff engagement activities
Requirements:

Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a school setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality
