HR Assistant Needed
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. If you are passionate about supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening candidates
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and reports
Coordinate training sessions and assist with employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage
