Description

A reputable company is seeking a well-organized and people-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resources and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with employee records, documentation, and HR files.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Assist with attendance, leave, and employee information records.
Prepare basic HR letters, reports, and internal documents.
Respond to employee inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate HR personnel.
Support payroll-related data collection and administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Assist the HR team with general office and administrative duties.
