HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities
– Assist with recruitment and selection activities.
– Post job vacancies on different recruitment platforms.
– Review and shortlist CVs.
– Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
– Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
– Maintain employee records and HR files.
– Manage attendance and leave records.
– Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
– Handle basic employee inquiries and HR-related requests.
– Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
– Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
– Perform other HR duties assigned by management.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Freshers are welcome to apply.
– Previous HR experience is an advantage but not required.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– UAE experience is an advantage.
