Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. If you have a strong background in housekeeping, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards, we encourage you to apply and become a key member of our housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, including room attendants and cleaners.
Assign cleaning tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to housekeeping staff.
Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure all rooms are properly cleaned and maintained.
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
Coordinate with other hotel departments for special cleaning and maintenance projects.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Maintain accurate records of room statuses and housekeeping activities.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, including some supervisory experience, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Proficiency in using housekeeping software and systems.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation best practices.
Positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
