Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of our facility, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supervising a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities:
Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the requirements of the facility.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure standards are consistently met.
Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address and resolve customer complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with industry cleaning standards and procedures.
