Hotel Supervisor

Description

A hospitality management organization is hiring a responsible and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations, coordinate staff, and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
Ensure guests receive friendly and efficient service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work schedules.
Ensure hotel rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
Assist in maintaining proper inventory and supplies.
Monitor compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
Resolve operational issues and report major concerns to management.
Prepare daily operational reports when required.
Train and guide staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel supervision or hospitality operations.
Good knowledge of hotel procedures and guest service.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer knowledge.
UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage.
