Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet arriving guests, check them in, and provide information about hotel facilities and services. Process guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
Reservations: Handle room reservations, inquiries, and cancellations promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about room availability and rates.
Guest Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Telephone Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information to callers as necessary.
Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative duties, including handling guest accounts, maintaining guest records, and preparing reports.
Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit card payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Security Awareness: Be vigilant about security concerns, reporting any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
