Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team in Dubai. The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of resources.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue streams.
Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and profitability.
Train and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain hotel standards.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract guests and increase brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
