Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
✅ Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
✅ Provide menus, answer inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction.
✅ Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs.
✅ Handle guest complaints or requests with grace and efficiency.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements:
🔹 Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
🔹 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
🔹 Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
