Description

The hospitality sector in Dubai offers an opportunity for a customer-focused Hospitality Executive to coordinate guest services, assist with daily operations, and contribute to a smooth and welcoming experience across hotel, restaurant, or hospitality facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily guest-service and hospitality operations.
Welcome guests and respond professionally to their requests and inquiries.
Coordinate with front-office, restaurant, housekeeping, and other operational teams.
Handle reservations, bookings, and guest requests when assigned.
Maintain accurate guest information and service-related records.
Assist in resolving routine guest concerns and escalate complex matters appropriately.
Monitor service standards and help maintain a professional guest environment.
Support event, meeting, or special guest arrangements when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of guest services.
Assist with billing, payments, and basic administrative documentation when required.
Prepare basic operational reports and shift handover information.
Maintain confidentiality of guest and business information.
Follow hotel, restaurant, hygiene, safety, and customer-service procedures.
Support management with other hospitality-related duties as assigned.
